Every once in a while you hire a contractor who completely resets your expectations. That was my experience with Dennis at Schwartz Spray Foam Services. Dennis just finished spray foaming my four season raised sunroom, and I can say without hesitation this is the guy I would go to again and again. If you are doing a project where insulation, air sealing, and long term performance actually matter, you want someone who treats it like a craft, not just a job. That is exactly what you get here. I spent a lot of time doing research and collecting bids before making a decision. On paper, Dennis checked every box. In reality, he exceeded all of them. His pricing was beyond competitive, but what really separates him is the value you get for that price. This was not a bare minimum install. He delivered far beyond what most people would expect. One of the biggest differentiators is that Dennis is the one doing the work. You are not hiring a company and getting a rotating crew or someone learning on your project. You are getting the owner operator with nearly a decade of hands on experience, personally handling the technical application. That matters more than most people realize, especially with something like closed cell foam where technique and consistency directly impact performance. His attention to detail is obvious the minute you see the work. Everything is tight, clean, and consistent. No rushed areas, no shortcuts, no “good enough” sections. He takes pride in doing it right, and it shows. He is also extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things in a way that actually helps you understand what is happening behind the walls. I had a lot of questions throughout the process, and he was patient, responsive, and clearly passionate about what he does. Another thing that stood out, and is often overlooked, is how clean he leaves the job site. When he was done, the space was spotless. No mess, no debris, no cleanup left for me. That level of professionalism is rare and speaks to how he runs his operation. Bottom line, this is not just a good contractor, this is a go to contractor. The kind you keep in your contacts and recommend without hesitation. If you are considering spray foam insulation, do yourself a favor and call Dennis. we had our basement sills spray foamed they did an excellent job.very impressed how they laid paper on hallway floor to get their hose to the basement. they cleaned up after the job was done . I highly recommend them,give him a call and get a free estimate very fair price and done in a timely manner
